Being women who has to dress up for different occasions every day, I made this tee shirt to honor our Livingness of Style, which comes from the relationship we have with ourselves.
We encourage you to choose your True Tees wisely – we cannot accept returns, or offer to exchange or refund tees that aren’t the right size or that you have decided you don’t want. See 'Please choose carefully' on our Size guide page for more information and for assistance choosing the right size.
If your tees are damaged or faulty on arrival we will gladly send you a replacement pair or refund your purchase. Simply contact us within 5 working days of having received the tees to discuss next steps, making sure you reference your order or receipt number.
If we ask you to return the tees to us, your local post office will be able to assist with the cost of return postage. Once we receive the tees, we will either send you an equivalent tee (same size and colour) and waive the delivery fee or, if you decide not to go ahead with a replacement pair, we will refund the cost of your purchase and the initial delivery fee.

Your items will be sent within 7 business days of ordering unless stated otherwise on an item description. You will receive an email from us to confirm your order is on its way.
All orders within Hong Kong are sent via Local Courier Post and will reach you within 1 working day once sent. International parcels are sent via Hong Kong Post Air Registered Mail (Packet) (includes parcel tracking) with a delivery time of 7-17 working days to most destinations (excludes any time your parcel is in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Hong Kong Post's control).
Postage costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order and destination, including the fee for packaging and handling, and will be calculated as part of your checkout process.
International orders can be subject to import duties and taxes that are calculated once your package arrives in your country. Your order may also be subject to customs inspections or fees, based upon your country's regulations, which may cause delays. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Happily, whilst online retailers can’t predict or cover these fees, these usually doesn’t apply to low value parcels. You can check with your local customs office to be sure. However, if any duty or customs charges are payable in your country, they will be payable by you.
